There are two versions of Merlin.br /br /One is 140 minutes long, and should be avoided!br /br /The other is 182 minutes long, and is the full version. This is not the "extended" version. It is the COMPLETE version. The 140 minute long was edited to make it shorter.br /br /Don't buy the wrong DVD. The full "Merlin" is fantastic.

A lot of the true myth of King Aurther was in the story. and i loved the twist of seeing it play out through Merlin's eyes. not many people who make movies abotu King Aurther use all the realy Characters and go so indepth with it and i'm glad that this one did. Sam Neil, Marton Short, and Helena Bonham Carter are all brilliant in this movie
